As soon as I get back to Tokyo, I plan to be a ramen connoisseur. I want to eat it every day – cha shu, tonkotsu, curry – I’ll try everything. I’ve craved good ramen ever since I left Japan last year. What I wouldn’t give for a big bowl of cha shu ramen and an Asahi beer right now!
